About the role
We have an opportunity for an
Executive Support Officer to be part of the Transformation Office.

The Executive Support Officer provides assistance in a range of executive and administrative services to support the delivery of business operations and to assist the management in service delivery.

This is a newly created position within the Transformation Office. We are a small team who are driven and enthusiastic.


The position is currently located in Charles Street Parramatta, however moving to Hurstville - close to public transport and free parking options.

Target Question 1:


As the Executive Support Officer, you are required to manage the diary of an Assistant Commissioner within the NSW Police Force which includes meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

At times, scheduled meetings need to be changed due to operational and corporate priorities. Have you ever had to reschedule several meetings at once? Which skills did you use to do it?


Target Question 2:


As Executive Support Officer, you are required to gather, collate and prepare submissions and provide information to the executive team to support decision making.
