The Role
We have a wonderful opportunity to join CCEP in this Logistics Systems Analyst role. The primary responsibilities of the Logistics Systems Analyst is to support the systematic operation of our Richlands Distribution Centre.

This is to be achieved by strategic planning in line with business direction, targets and KPIs, through close stakeholder collaboration, internally and externally.

The role requires deliveries of various IT and systems projects, while proving system support to local stakeholders and teams on daily basis.


Key Responsibilities

Fixed IT Assets & Infrastructure

  • Provide technical support, coordinate servicing and repair of Multifunction & Thermal printers
  • Provide onsite support to implement networking infrastructure changes and upgrades
  • Using knowledge of LANs, VPNs, Routers, firewalls. Applies knowledge of current IA policy at the national IA structure, roles of major organizations/contactors how they interrelate and interact, and shortcomings in this structure

SAP/WMS Testing, Validation and Implementation

  • Perform SAP & WMS testing in UAT environments to provide feedback and identify/resolve issues prior to changes being implemented in Production environment
  • Perform end to end PPV (Postproduction validation) testing after major infrastructure or software changes instigated at a local and national level, mostly carried out on weekend.
  • Instigate and manage the implementation of software changes to the WMS/SAP inline with the evolving requirements of the business
  • Resolving system problems and implementing/adding new functionalities to the existing systems when required

Business Intelligence / Data Analysis

  • Analyse trends in all warehouse processes and provide guidance to teams to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Running queries to pull data from WMS and SAP for developing/assessing projects.

Warehouse processes

  • Analysing current warehouse processes and systems to access and implement improvements for both automated and manual operation
  • Monitor critical warehouse processes daily
  • Provide support to users with system related issues. Systems range from SAP, WMS 3, SamD
  • Audit user privileges in the WMS

About you

Must Haves:


  • Experience working in an FMCG (or similar industry) warehousing environment
  • Minimum two years network/system support experience
  • Complex problem solving and system analysis skills
  • Indepth understanding of common warehousing processes
  • A demonstrated track record of partnering with teams to execute change programs
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders

Beneficial:


  • Experience with WMAS, ECC and Third Party Software
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills
