The Digital Engineering team is seeking a talented individual looking to grow their experience Civil Engineering projects.
In this role you will contribute to a complete and integrated set of digital project content by working closely with team members both locally and abroad.
Join one of the most well-established groups that focus on delivering CAD, GIS, BIM and visualisation services across an array of exciting multi-discipline infrastructure projects.
Job Description:
What will a day in this role look like:
- Production of earthworks, utilities, and road design in an urban environment with appropriate outputs to standard specification and presentation.
- Undertakes, manages, and produces appropriate 2D and 3D model production, documentation and other technical work tasks to agreed schedule including BIM, standards (AECOM, client and project), and in accordance with the project plan.
- Production of design and drawings to high standard of specification and presentation, with excellent drawing checking ability.
- Contributes to a complete and integrated set of digital project content including documents by working co-operatively with team members.
- Co-ordinates and reviews drawing mark-up between head office and offshore partners always ensuring effective communication and adherence to client standards.
Qualifications:
What are we looking for from you?
- Ability to identify design issues and provide suitable solutions.
- Knowledge of AustRoads, TfNSW, and Australian standards.
- Experience in the production of design and drawings to high standard of specification and presentation.
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Design or similar qualification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 12d essential. Additionally, Navisworks, Revit, OpenRoads, and Infraworks experience would be viewed as extremely beneficial.
- Minimum 4 years experience.
