Job Title:
Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware products
- Diagnose and resolve network issues
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide solutions to technical issues
- Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions
- Provide training to customers as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of programming languages is a plus
Job Types:
Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
