About the role
We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Administration Officer to join our team in our Parramatta office.
Are you a confident Administration Officer, able to juggle competing priorities and stay focussed on a given task? Are you assertive, as well as business savvy with excellent time management skills? If so, we want you
We understand that at first it can be challenging to know which tasks to prioritise, but don't worry - we will help you find your feet until you get the hang of it All we ask is that you bring your exuberance to work and come with some ideas of how we can jazz up how we do things.
This opportunity would be perfect for those with previous office experience (EAs / office managers will be viewed favourably) who are looking to return to the workforce.

A day in the life of an SIS Rehab Administration Officer
- Answer / return calls
- Document processing and management
- Source and chase quotations for management e.g. if we need a new water cooler, you will get quotes from a number of different suppliers and choose the best one.
- Assist with the creation PowerPoint Presentations and Design ideas
- Coordination and preparation of internal and external meetings
- Staff events, Management events and company travel coordination requests
- Conduct direct client feedback surveys
- Overall maintenance of the office environment
- Order of office supplies, equipment and IT products
- Liaise with different departments (IT, HR, MedHealth, Accounts Payable) to help ensure the smooth operation of the business
What you'll bring to the role
- Confidence in the use of the MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A passion for helping the people around them in the pursuit of business organisational excellence
