Women's & Children's Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia.

We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA's largest maternity and obstetric service.

The Opportunity**An exciting opportunity exists within
Health Information Services (HIS) to join as Administration Officer (ASO2) working in a
full-time capacity.

  • Provide consumeroriented access to clinical and corporate information.
  • Facilitate information release to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure accurate creation and management of department records.
  • Manage the department's inbox effectively.
  • Adhere to guidelines, internal, and external systems for confidential and timely information release.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless information release.
  • Implement measures for accurate and highquality information release.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to information release processes.
