About the role
Reporting through to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for but not limited to;

Execute HR policies and plans across the business
Partner with business leaders to provide support and guidance across various HR matters
Support change initiatives
Implement National Engagement initiatives, programs, and processes across Australia
Support Employee Development and Learning
Recognise issues and trends in HR and communicate with the HR team for improvements and growth
Act as a support to Managers by providing advice on performancebased matters coupled with the assistance of training to upskill the workforce and ensure the right people are in the right roles
Lead and engage employees towards best practices around Workplace Safety
Participate in HR initiatives and projects as directed by the Management

About you

Experience in a Generalist role as an Advisor or HR BP or People and Culture partner min 4 years
Hold relevant qualifications in Human Resources/ Business or related discipline
Industries employing a complement of white and blue collar workforce including warehousing, transport, import/export, manufacturing or construction industries or similar
Proficient with HR systems and platforms to produce reporting and ability to optimize data
The flexibility to travel interstate from time to time
