Where the team fits inThe Sales Associate sits within the Residential & Commercial Sales team.
You will join a cross-functional group of folk representing product, IT, sales and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, legal - all the people you need to create products our consumers love and customers value.
With
being the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, as you can imagine - the group of legends working on our little red & blue house are very passionate about what they do.
Who we're looking for
Based in Subiaco, we're looking for that special spark People with passion and values that mirror our own.
You're also a good fit if you're hungry to learn the ins and outs of the Residential & Commercial space at REA.
In this sense, we're looking for:
- Someone who is looking for the next step in their Sales Support Journey
- Someone who can exude a quiet confidence in their skills and ability to get stuff done
- Someone who is very process driven and has impeccable attention to detail
- Operate in a way that is proactive and solutions-driven
- Pull data for reports, analysing and creating beneficial insights
- Understand general sales processes and procedures
- Effectively use Microsoft Office programs (Excel, if you were a PowerPoint pro, this would be ace)
- Exposure to Tableau, Zendesk & Salesforce would be very beneficial
- Demonstrate having worked in a complex environment before (not necessary but would stand you out)
