Where the team fits in

The Sales Associate sits within the Residential & Commercial Sales team.

You will join a cross-functional group of folk representing product, IT, sales and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, legal - all the people you need to create products our consumers love and customers value.

With


being the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, as you can imagine - the group of legends working on our little red & blue house are very passionate about what they do.

What the role is all about- Provide sales support to the National Residential and Commercial sales team- Provide general admin support to our customers- Assist and provide general admin support directly with our customers- Manage a centralized inbox of incoming requests- Proactive partnered service with specific Account Partners- Manage bookings for display products- Provide ROI to sales and customers- Utilise excel daily for reporting and data analysis- Manage regular and ad hoc reports for the sales team- Work on team projects/initiatives to deliver process efficiencies and operational excellence- Assisting in delivering Purple Cow moments to our customer base- Local event management and national event assistance- Subiaco office support

Based in Subiaco, we're looking for that special spark People with passion and values that mirror our own.


You're also a good fit if you're hungry to learn the ins and outs of the Residential & Commercial space at REA.


In this sense, we're looking for:

  • Someone who is looking for the next step in their Sales Support Journey
  • Someone who can exude a quiet confidence in their skills and ability to get stuff done
  • Someone who is very process driven and has impeccable attention to detail
  • Operate in a way that is proactive and solutions-driven
  • Pull data for reports, analysing and creating beneficial insights
  • Understand general sales processes and procedures
  • Effectively use Microsoft Office programs (Excel, if you were a PowerPoint pro, this would be ace)
  • Exposure to Tableau, Zendesk & Salesforce would be very beneficial
  • Demonstrate having worked in a complex environment before (not necessary but would stand you out)
