About the role

Permanent position
Minimum 27 hours per week (option for additional hours by negotiation)

- $29.50 per hour

Commencement 6 May, 2024

Essential Qualifications & Checks
To be considered for this role you must have:

Austswim and /or ASCTA qualifications
Pool Lifeguard / First Aid and or willingness to obtain
Valid Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable Persons (RWVP)
Current criminal history check (dated within 3 months of issue)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in working with all ages
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Experience in the Aquatic Industry
Experience in customer service and ability to perform general administration tasks
Positive, cando attitude
Ability to display initiative and work without supervision
Adaptable to change
An outstanding work ethic

Forming part of the St Michael's Collegiate Anglican school for girls, Collegiate Pool is a 25m, six-lane, heated indoor pool located on the corner of Molle & Davey Street in the city of Hobart, Tasmania.

The Collegiate Pool is open to the public and offers a safe, clean and friendly environment to swim.

The Pool is open seven day's per week offering:

Learn to Swim
Lap Swimming
Fitness
Squad training options
