Salary $117,083 - $160,639AUD per annum (depending on experience)

These positions are suited to doctors possessing a minimum of two years General Medicine OR a combination of General Medicine and Emergency experience post foundation training.

The Role

The hospital is a 511-bed facility. This is a busy facility and you can expect a broad and diverse case load in a dynamic and fast paced environment. As an integral member of the team, you will manage patient care under the direction of Consultants and contribute to discharge planning. You will also be required to provide clinical supervision and teaching to junior staff and participate in Emergency MER calls and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. You will join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team with a welcoming and supportive culture with opportunities to expand your clinical skills and leadership skills.

The Location

Perth is regularly ranked one of the most liveable cities, with its own premium wine region, 19 white-sand beaches and Indian Ocean sunsets. It's located along the waters of the Swan River and the west of the city runs along the Indian Ocean. It is the state capital of Western Australia and home to around 2 million people, making it a highly multi-cultural city with a fantastic social scene boasting plenty of alfresco style cafes and restaurants.

Perth is great for families with beautiful beaches to the north and south of the city and the clean, clear coastline attracts many visitors who enjoy snorkelling, sailing, surfing or swimming with the wild dolphins that famously live in the nearby bay areas. It also offers one of the most biologically diverse regions in the world.
