About the role


MacKillop's Out of Home Care (OOHC) Division provides residential care, home based care, lead tenant and case management support for young people with high and complex needs, and a therapeutically oriented program for young people in protective placements.

This position is situated within Home-Based Care, East which is part of the OOHC Division and reports to the Home-Based Care Coordinator.


This is a Part-time 0.5 EFT opportunity based in Forest Hill within our Home-Based Care Program. The position reports to the Coordinator, Home Based Care.

Key Selection Criteria:To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline.
  • Professional casework skills, including knowledge of LAC and CIRSSP/CRIS.
  • Sound professional knowledge and theory base.
  • Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff, and other stakeholders, as well as initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.
