    Responsibilities as a Care Manager:
    • Deliver exceptional care services to elderly Australians
    • Manage and supervise the quality of care delivered by my Homecare providers and staff
    • Utilize your customer service and aged care management skills to contribute to the community
    • Contribute to keeping seniors safe at home for extended periods
    • Develop, monitor, and adjust care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
    • Collaborate with Nurses, Regional Managers, and others to enhance service offerings
    • Ensure service standards are maintained at the highest level
    • Monitor care package budgets and clarify service fees with clients
    • Oversee client service delivery under government programs
    • Engage with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding
    • Promote continuous improvement in practice and service delivery
    Requirements for the role:
    • Certificate III in Individual Support
    • Experience in aged care with knowledge of various programs and standards
    • First Aid and CPR certifications or the willingness to obtain them
    • Valid work rights in Australia
    • Driver's license
    • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
