We have the exciting task of sourcing a Financial Services Graduate to join their award-winning practice here in Melbourne You will be responsible for delivering efficient services to the Planning team and the company's clients.

What do you

do?

  • Ensure mortgage related tasks are completed accurately while adhering to standards and SLAs
  • Oversee data entry team to ensure Mortgages are processed in a timely manner
  • Manage relationships with Providers, Investment Committee and other
stakeholders to ensure a smooth investment process

  • Manage accurate and efficient filing of all other documents
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and Audits on all providers to ensure Trust funds are current and up to date
  • Identify risks and issues and escalate appropriately
  • Enhance processes and improve productivity
  • Support other members of the operations team when required

What do you need?

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field is desirable
  • 12 years of admin based experience preferably within the financial service industry
  • Genuine interest to work in wealth management
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with M-Files will be highly regarded
