We have the exciting task of sourcing a Financial Services Graduate to join their award-winning practice here in Melbourne You will be responsible for delivering efficient services to the Planning team and the company's clients.

What do you

do?

Ensure mortgage related tasks are completed accurately while adhering to standards and SLAs
Oversee data entry team to ensure Mortgages are processed in a timely manner
Manage relationships with Providers, Investment Committee and other

stakeholders to ensure a smooth investment process

Manage accurate and efficient filing of all other documents
Conduct regular risk assessments and Audits on all providers to ensure Trust funds are current and up to date
Identify risks and issues and escalate appropriately
Enhance processes and improve productivity
Support other members of the operations team when required

What do you need?

Bachelor degree in a relevant field is desirable
12 years of admin based experience preferably within the financial service industry
Genuine interest to work in wealth management
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Experience with M-Files will be highly regarded
