About the Opportunity:


The Enterprise Project Management Office, part of our Strategy & Development team provides enterprise-level PMO and decision support information to the business.

Reporting to the EPMO Principle Advisor, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and reporting on the performance and composition of CleanCo's project portfolio, through the analysis of relevant data.

This role will have a strong focus on portfolio definition activities and will also support the ongoing improvement of project, program, and portfolio delivery capability across the business.


Collaborating and partnering with business and project delivery areas across the organisation, the EPMO Analyst works flexibly across the portfolio as required, engaging with the broader EPMO team to share insights, inputs and updates.


About you:


  • Minimum 5 years PMO experience, with demonstrated expertise in portfolio definition activities and across multiple business streams.
  • Highly developed analytical skills and business acumen across business analysis and scenario modelling, with proven ability to accurately understand and represent business needs, outcomes and associated impacts in documents and discussions.
  • Strong knowledge of project / program / portfolio management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and customer focus, with experience in partnering and decision support to achieve successful outcomes. Ability to balance competing and differing stakeholder needs and priorities.
  • Project change readiness, requirements, and management experience.
  • Proven ability to organise, analyse and communicate information logically and tailored for different stakeholders / audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organization skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and to prioritise team outcomes to achieve results.
  • A curious and improvement focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
