Portfolio Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage and deliver a portfolio of projects for a Tier 1 customer.
Being based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for continuously developing and growing the workload, ensuring performance excellence and importantly, building a localised relationship with our customer.

About the role:
- Provide visible and effective HSE guidance while participating in the communication and resolution of HSE issues and incidents
- Oversee the successful execution of all projects within the portfolio.
- Drive value creation processes that support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the Contract.
- Provide clear management and direction on the Contract strategy through business planning and strategic discussions with the wider Worley business in Australia and internationally where required
- Increase the overall value of the contract for both the customer and Worley through the provision of value add services that are aligned with the customer's changing business requirements
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members
- Ensure resourcing requirements are forecasted and managed through coordination with the various Worley functional teams
- Identify and communicate customer requirements to maintain and build healthy customer relationships throughout the life of the Contract
- Grow the volume of work under the panel to achieve financial outcomes that meet / exceed the Contract budget
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering with a strong technical background
- Track record in successful engineering / project delivery
- Demonstrated team coordination / project management skills
- Proven experience managing successful customer relationships
- Strong work ethic with the ability to produce accurate and credible deliverables while meeting deadlines.
