Why Your Role Matters:
Under the direction of the School Manager, the Administration Support Coordinator is responsible for providing and supporting a broad range of administrative functions to ensure effective delivery of the teaching and research activities.
The Administrative Support Coordinator plays a key role in the establishment, maintenance and improvement of school systems and processes to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the school.
Responsibilities can include:
- Administration for academic teaching and research support.
- Administration of recruitment activities.
- Coordinate and oversee the daytoday management of office supplies, to include inventory management, logistics, and related activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, websites, and other administrative systems as required.

- Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
- Ability to make sound judgements and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
