About the Role
Bedford are making some exciting changes to the delivery of services to people with disability. Due to this, an opportunity in the Client Engagement team has become available.
This is a full time, permanent role working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide the highest level of service and support to a designated case load.
This rewarding role works as part of a supportive team and will require travel to other metropolitan sites.Other key responsibilities include:
- forecast upcoming appointments for your designated caseload
- prepare documents including service agreements, and schedule of supports
- track clients' journey and match them to services to achieve their goals
- arrange, facilitate, and lead meetings with clients and their support person
- liaise with LAC's, the NDIA, and support coordinators
- manage NDIS enquiries and generate quotes
About You
Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:
- strong administrative, organisational and time management skills
- an ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- a genuine desire to support people with disability to live the life they choose
- proactive problem-solving skills
For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford.
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- Driver's licence
- NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification
