This opportunity will support the Chief Medical Officer and will enable you to play a critical role in the process of bringing new medicines to the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading the informed consent process, making clinical assessments of potential trial participants and determining eligibility for study enrolment
  • Monitoring participants on studies to optimize participant safety
  • Provision of medical care to healthy volunteers and patients in Phase I trials
  • Interpretation of signoff on diagnostic test results
  • Collaboration across Project Management, Clinical Operations, Pharmacy, Laboratory Services, and Quality department to deliver safe clinical trials that generate high quality data.
  • Acting as an Investigator for earlyphase clinical trials

Requirements:


  • Full AHPRA registration
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience postinternship
  • Part time roles require availability to work 3 to 5 days per week across a 7day roster (night shifts are not a standard requirement)
