Leading Hand / Team Leader


Our client who manufactures and supplies an extensive range of timber pallets and packaging products is seeking an experienced Leading Hand for their operations in Bassendean.


To be considered for this role you will:

  • Possess a basic knowledge of the timber/packaging industry
  • Ability to supervise, mentor, motivate and influence persons within area of responsibility
  • Proven ability to set up plant and equipment
  • Must have Forklift experience (6+ meter packs of timber)
  • Proven experience in fast paced environment
  • Very safety conscious and able to adhere to company polices and procedures
  • Able to meet expectations and production targets for entire work area
  • You must have a 'can do' attitude, be able to work to tight schedules
  • Must have excellent numeric and communications skills.

Required Tickets/Licences:


  • C Class Drivers Licence
  • High Risk Forklift License
  • First Aid Certificate desirable.
Priority will be given to applicants from that process.
