About the Role...
BUSY At Work's New South Wales State Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) division within the dedicated state or territory and, plays an integral part of the delivery of BUSY At Work's AASS contract nationally. This role will ensure that BUSY At Work fulfils internal revenue and service targets as well as, contractual and other statutory requirements for the provision of Australian Apprenticeship Support Services within the state.
This leadership role is required to demonstrate an understanding of business development, financial management, marketing and people management to motivate teams to achieve and exceed Australian Apprenticeship Support Services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by BUSY At Work and The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) within the dedicated state or territory.
This role is permanent full time based anywhere in NSW with the ability to travel when required throughout the state.
