We are looking for a Living Sectors Analyst or Senior Consultant to join our high-performing team.

The Opportunity

Undertake real estate market analysis, identify trends, provide detailed analytics and modelling with the bestinclass data
Implement and execute a range of consultancy projects and associated activities
Collaborate with other team members, valuers and business lines to drive outcomes
Learn and leverage from our experts and specialise within the emerging 'Living Sectors' (Build to Rent, Co-Living, Purpose Built Student Accommodation as well as all general Residential)
Manage and design the delivery of interesting and complex analytics projects, building relationships with clients at all levels and in all sectors to become a trusted advisor to our clients.

About you:

Experience in the property sector with at least 23 years of consulting experience within real estate and/or valuations, favourable if within the residential sector
A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment
Selfmotivated, positive attitude, and lots of energy and drive and ability to support, mentor and motivate junior team members
Analytical, detailorientated, a team player and good in multi tasking as well as being organised.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), MS word, powerpoint & excel
