We are looking for a Living Sectors Analyst or Senior Consultant to join our high-performing team.

The Opportunity

  • Undertake real estate market analysis, identify trends, provide detailed analytics and modelling with the bestinclass data
  • Implement and execute a range of consultancy projects and associated activities
  • Collaborate with other team members, valuers and business lines to drive outcomes
  • Learn and leverage from our experts and specialise within the emerging 'Living Sectors' (Build to Rent, Co-Living, Purpose Built Student Accommodation as well as all general Residential)
  • Manage and design the delivery of interesting and complex analytics projects, building relationships with clients at all levels and in all sectors to become a trusted advisor to our clients.

About you:


  • Experience in the property sector with at least 23 years of consulting experience within real estate and/or valuations, favourable if within the residential sector
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment
  • Selfmotivated, positive attitude, and lots of energy and drive and ability to support, mentor and motivate junior team members
  • Analytical, detailorientated, a team player and good in multi tasking as well as being organised.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), MS word, powerpoint & excel
