About the role
Help us take our iconic brand to the next level; Red Rooster is going from strength to strength and we want you to be a driving force in the operations space throughout the journey


You will be a 'best in class' State Manager that will drive sales, operational excellence and ensure growth and profitability.

Use your transformational leadership skills to motivate and develop the Red Rooster operations team and build strong franchisee relationships within this market.


Working closely with the operations team, coach our area managers and collaborate with key support functions to deliver strategic outcomes for the brand.

Your focus will be to create a customer-centric, profitable, and safety-focused culture within our network.

You will have a comprehensive understanding of the brand strategy and effectively communicate these to the operations team and the state's franchisee community to achieve results.


Together with your team, you will champion the delivery of excellent customer service and ensure 100% compliance with brand marketing and promotional strategies.

Acting as a brand ambassador, you will also be involved in growing the brand through franchisee engagement and alignment.


About You

Essential

  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in a business setting, maintaining high standards and driving growth.
  • Proven commercial credentials in retail, sales, hospitality, or related industry with a customer focussed approach to sales and profitability.
  • Multisite experience across a large network format of more than 100 locations with experience in franchised business models.
  • Previous leadership experience with a growth and development mindset to grow people capability.
  • Sophisticated understanding of organisational culture and a transformational approach to influencing it.
