The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team at Monash University as the Manager, Direct and Digital Fundraising.

In this key role, you will lead the planning and management of our giving programs, focusing on annual gifts up to $999 and mid-level gifts from $1,000 to $24,999.

Your direct response fundraising expertise will be pivotal in expanding Monash's donor base and enhancing the value of philanthropic contributions.

Collaborating closely with various teams, including Alumni Outreach, Planned Giving, and University Marketing and Communications, you will drive the success of our Regular Giving Program and Gift in Wills lead generation initiatives.

Your impact will be measured in increased income, donor numbers, bequest leads, and overall donor engagement metrics.

As the driving force behind our donor appeal program, you will manage campaigns across direct mail and digital channels, maximising the value from existing donors, improving renewal rates, and driving new donor acquisition.

Embracing a 'test and learn' framework, you'll collaborate with planned giving colleagues to implement digital campaigns that boost bequest leads.

About You
Additionally, knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and building donor journeys will be very highly regarded.
