About Our Client:

Our client is a purpose-driven organisation currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and expansion globally.

  • Own and lead the recruitment process from start to finish across all APAC functions; from attraction/advertising, draft position descriptions, advise on routes to market, direct sourcing, support screening & interviewing, collate and circulate interview feedback, advise and prepare offers for approval and execution
  • Partner with, and develop strong relationships with local and global hiring leads to understand their requirements, coach and advise on our recruitment process, and develop capability
  • Advise and support implementation of our people processes, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
  • Advise and support implementation of modules within our HRIS, including recruitment and onboarding
  • Collect and analyse recruitmentrelated metrics to identify market trends and advise on areas of improvement to the recruitment strategy
  • Lead weekly recruitment and people updates for the region
  • Contribute to global reporting and analysis

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment team from a professional services, consulting or financial services environment, with a track record of hiring exceptional and diverse talent
  • Experience leading the recruitment process from start to finish, and coaching hiring leads to develop their recruitment capability
  • Experience of creating hiring campaigns for niche skillsets, direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, or other attraction methodologies which are relevant to professional and advisory services in the APAC market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to influence others and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • You are datadriven, have strong analytical skills and a desire to establish meaningful global reporting
  • Working autonomously and as part of a global team, in a fastpaced organisation with ambitious growth plans requires you to be flexible, tenacious, and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
  • Experience working in a global Talent or People team operating across multiples entities and cultures is desirable


Whilst maintaining good work-life harmony is important to us, we will require a certain amount of flexibility to work outside of office hours when necessary, to accommodate the demands of a global business spanning multiple time zones.
