Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, including scheduling, budgeting, safety and quality control
  • Liaise with contractors and other third parties involved in the construction process
  • Monitor progress of the project and report to management on a regular basis
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and legislative requirements to explain clearly and effectively what is required.
  • Oversee the compliance of safety regulations and building codes
  • Ensure that all construction activities are completed in a timely and costeffective manner
  • Ensure that all construction projects are completed according to the specified requirements and standards
  • Maintain records and documentation related to the project

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Prior experience and exposure working on bulk earthworks and concrete construction in industrial brown fields environments
  • Trade Certificate or equivalent
  • First Aid
  • Driver's Licence (Unrestricted)
  • Knowledge of construction management software and practices
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
