We're seeking an

ICT Services Leader (On-site) to provide strategic and operational leadership that enhances teaching and learning within one of RTG's customers, a dynamic K-12 private school. This is a core leadership role within the school leading a team of RTG onsite staff as well as other remote resources. You will be responsible for planning and strategy, operational and project management, customer satisfaction, and people coaching and development.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead in all aspects of digital development including the implementation of the digital strategy.
  • Work alongside the senior management and chair the Technology Committee, ensuring that the technology environment is capable of supporting the objectives and goals of the business.
  • Develop an annual technology roadmap and operating budget and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that financial targets are met.
  • Drive and manage projects and service delivery activities to ensure successful delivery including ongoing support and training.
  • Lead your team to deliver consistently superior customer services that are continually improved.
  • Implement and manage operational procedures for the management of all digital systems, equipment, subscriptions, and other technologies.
  • Establish SLAs and XLAs that reflect the needs and outcomes of the client and lead the team in achieving these and building on these to outperform user expectations

You will bring with you:

  • Experience and knowledge of endtoend IT support functions including service desk ticketing and escalations, systems administration, enterprise security, and LAN/WAN migrations
  • Experience managing the provision of ICT support services for clients.
  • Broad background and knowledge of endtoend ICT support functions including service desk ticketing and escalations, Mail (Outlook/Exchange), Teams, Share point, systems administration, enterprise security, backups, LAN/WAN migrations, web, VOIP (Voice over IP), etc.
  • Understanding of cloudbased delivery platforms and services such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure and Google for Education
  • Problem management skills and the ability to ensure technical problems are managed effectively
  • Experience with project management or Microsoft/Mac implementations
  • Experience working for a managed services provider is preferred but not essential
