We are looking for a professional, experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for office management to fill an exciting, fast paced position which supports a collaborative small team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional, accurate, and confidential administrative support to a collaborative small team
- Coordinating and managing events
- Preparing high quality reports, presentations
- Managing meetings, including minute taking and actions
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Diary and schedule management
- Organising travel and itineraries
- Undertaking delegated tasks in relation to business operations
- Interaction/liaison with clients, and external stake holders
- You will be highly confidential and enthusiastic about being involved with the daytoday operations of a business
- Demonstrable significant experience in an EA role
- Ideally have knowledge or understand of the mining industry, but not essential
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, along with high levels of professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
- Discretion, reliability and confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions focused approach
- Demonstrate the ability to implement systems, processes, and procedures
- A friendly and positive approach is essential
