About the role:


The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the creation and development of exceptional online experiences to help drive engagement and conversion to assist in granting more wishes.


Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will work collaboratively with the Marketing, Digital and Engagement and Fundraising teams to drive future success.


Responsibilities of the role

  • Support the daytoday management of the Make-AWish websites, eg building landing pages, content creation, and assisting with web updates and maintenance.
  • Conduct channel audits and identify improvements to content, layouts, and templates to enhance support experience and performance.
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Feed ideas and recommendations into campaign strategies, platform roadmaps and the wider marketing strategy.
  • Track, monitor and implement changes to optimise campaign performance.
  • Reporting and trend analysis
  • Support digital agency management and any other wider marketing activities as required.

About you
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related discipline desirable, or relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Stakeholder management
  • Proven experience working successfully to a brief
  • A positive cando attitude
  • A desire to learn, grow and build on your knowledge and skills
  • An understanding of content and copywriting for digital channels
  • An understanding of endtoend marketing campaigns and processes
  • The ability to jump straight in and make your mark
