Description
Maintaining timesheets and KPI data sheet on daily basis.

  • Handling customers/ trading partners queries.
  • Ordering the office stationery and DC consumables.
  • Preparing and Sending the roster to the agencies for the next day staff requirements on daily basis.
  • Preparing weekly timesheets for staff and sending them to agencies.
  • Processing pay run weekly for permanent staff.
  • Updating the safety audit sheets daily and submitting monthly to Occupational Health and safety manager.
  • Keeping database of all staff regarding their training and human resource information.
  • Creating swipe cards for staff and contractors
  • Preparing necessary reports.
  • Maintaining filling.
  • Maintaining TRS Invoicing.
Review 2IC data accuracy and maintain data integrity including updating and entering new trading partner into system.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry of transactions are maintained to ensure reconciliations can be completed on time.
  • Liaise with relevant customers and suppliers regarding any discrepancy or missing pallet documentation.
  • Stock take communication and management of pallets and equipment including data compilation.
  • Monitor accuracy of pallet documentation in and out of the depot.
  • Answering all the queries from trading partners regarding pallet transfers (Rejections or corrections of dockets).
Making sure all the trading partners are adhering to TRS pallet transfer policy.
