Admin Clerk/ Pallet Controller - Laverton, Australia - ALTON
Description
Maintaining timesheets and KPI data sheet on daily basis.- Handling customers/ trading partners queries.
- Ordering the office stationery and DC consumables.
- Preparing and Sending the roster to the agencies for the next day staff requirements on daily basis.
- Preparing weekly timesheets for staff and sending them to agencies.
- Processing pay run weekly for permanent staff.
- Updating the safety audit sheets daily and submitting monthly to Occupational Health and safety manager.
- Keeping database of all staff regarding their training and human resource information.
- Creating swipe cards for staff and contractors
- Preparing necessary reports.
- Maintaining filling.
- Maintaining TRS Invoicing.
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry of transactions are maintained to ensure reconciliations can be completed on time.
- Liaise with relevant customers and suppliers regarding any discrepancy or missing pallet documentation.
- Stock take communication and management of pallets and equipment including data compilation.
- Monitor accuracy of pallet documentation in and out of the depot.
- Answering all the queries from trading partners regarding pallet transfers (Rejections or corrections of dockets).
