Responsibilities
Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off projects
Work on SuccessFactors integrations with 3rd party systems
Provide support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
Train and educate users on SuccessFactors Employee Central
Keep up with the latest trends and developments in SuccessFactors Employee Central

To be successful, much of the following must be highlighted in your CV

3+ years of experience in configuring and implementing
SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off projects, with at least
2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central
implementations:
Experience in at least one
EC implementation project and
integration of SF with 3rd party systems.
Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
Familiarity with
SuccessFactors Integration Center (both inbound and outbound integrations).
Deep knowledge of
SuccessFactors Platform and LMS APIs (both OData and Compound).
Effective
communication
