Region APC >Sales APAC > Sales AU/NZ

Responsibilities:

Grow Vestas' relationship with customers, develop solutions to meet their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Project and coordinate the sales process throughout the bidding process, ensuring timely passage through the stages of the sales process
Coordinate tenders and negotiations supporting the team to close on contracts within targets for revenue and margins
Mobilise, and supervise the extended sales team consisting of core internal functions

Qualification:

We are looking for a person with qualifications and experience that align with the below

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, law, or finance
2+ years of commercial or project management experience, ideally within wind energy, power plants, infrastructure, or the construction industry
Experience with commercial negotiations
Experience working in a complex organisation selling largescale projects

Competencies:

Strong business insight, strategic capabilities with commercial understanding and dealmaking capabilities
Excellent collaborator willing to learn and develop, attain high integrity and credibility
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Interested in working across cultures and fostering a supportive team environment
Passion for renewable energy and the energy transition.
