We are after a Team leader for our warehouse with a forklift license - Keysborough VIC
Monday to Friday

Is a capable and confident communicator
Is comfortable undertaking needs assessments for each customer to effectively assist them with their enquire.
Is capable of developing a rapport with customers
Can quickly and efficiently navigate company systems
Willingly participates in training and undertake their own professional development to improve their job efficiency and performance.
Keeps up to date with relevant company information and products to assist customers.
Is well organised and has an eye for detail to ensure accurate record keeping and task completion.
Is driven to complete tasks at the best of their ability in a timely manner.
Is comfortable managing a wide range of tasks throughout the day.
Works well as a member of a team and independently.
Maintains a positive and respectful relationship with members of the customer service, sales and operational teams.
Is driven to help customers to solve their problems and proactively communicate to others within the company to ensure this occurs.
