- Offer high level administrative support to lawyers and partners within the firm.
- Calendar management
- Document preparation and management
- Maintain Client files.
- Facilitate communication and interactions with Clients.
About you
- Previous experience as a legal assistant / secretary.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and takes proactive initiative.
- Exceptional dedication to client satisfaction and strong customer service aptitude.
- Proficient in invoice preparation and review, as well as utilising billing systems within a legal firm.
