Description

In addition to this you will be responsible for:

Demonstrating critical thinking and reasoning, advanced problem-solving skills and expert clinical judgement in relation to clinical informatics and clinical workflow design.
Participate in innovation and change to develop responses to address emerging service needs in relation to clinical informatics and clinical workflow design.
Supporting the Nursing Director by identifying inconsistencies between practice and policy, and work in collaboration with the interprofessional team to implement changes.
