- working with key managers, coaching, developing, and building capability.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas


Strategic HR Leadership:
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support growth initiatives.


Talent Management and Development:
Drive talent development and succession planning to support growth and structural changes.


Organisational Design and Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine organisational design for optimal alignment with business goals


Employee Relations and Compliance:
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance initiatives.


Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership:
Work with regional managers, business managers, and team leaders to improve workforce performance and organisational effectiveness.


Suited to

  • This position will suit an HR Business Partner/HRM with experience in an evolving healthcare organisation, retail, or related industry setting.
  • Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development strategies is needed to perform the core functions of this position.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive collaborative initiatives.
  • Handson approach with a focus on coaching, mentorship, and employee development.
  • Experience in navigating compliance requirements, employee relations issues, and performance management in a regulated environment.
