Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging, highquality content that appeals to target audiences and drives engagement, including written posts, images, videos, and live content.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all social media channels.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies to continually improve the company's social media presence.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including setting up and monitoring ad campaigns, analyzing results, and making optimization recommendations.
  • Work with influencers and other thirdparty partners to create and execute cobranded campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management, including experience managing social media for a brand or company.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including experience with social media advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics, and experience using data to inform and improve social media strategy.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for social media and a deep understanding of the role it plays in modern marketing and customer engagement.
