The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work alongside a team of nine agents
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound calls and orders
- Complaints resolution
- Machine sales
- Order releases
- Setting up new patients and customers
- Suggesting process improvement initiatives
- Invoice disputes
To Be Successful:
- Previous experience in a customerfacing role
- Proven expereince in the medical industry (Pharmaceutical or receptionist etc)
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Positive mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
