The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work alongside a team of nine agents


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound calls and orders
  • Complaints resolution
  • Machine sales
  • Order releases
  • Setting up new patients and customers
  • Suggesting process improvement initiatives
  • Invoice disputes

To Be Successful:

  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role
  • Proven expereince in the medical industry (Pharmaceutical or receptionist etc)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Positive mindset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
This is a 6 month role with the view to go permanent. This role will only accept applicants with full Australian working rights (Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents).
