The role of Sales & Marketing Specialist will see you own the lead generation function of the Australian business.

As well as this you'll be rolling up your sleeve to tackle marketing projects and organising events (all the fun stuff).

Don't worry, there will be ZERO cold calling - the business simply doesn't operate like that.

Instead, they have sophisticated systems in place and a fantastic marketing approach that will enable you to qualify leads before passing clients over to the sales team.


You'll be working under the guidance of some extremely talented managers who will work with you to develop your strengths so that you grow with the business.


So what does the role look like?

  • Working with the marketing manager to create innovative marketing strategies to enhance lead generation
  • Build a successful pipeline of qualified leads to allocate to the sales team
  • Supporting the organisation of events, tradeshows and sponsorships
  • Create and personalise demand marketing campaigns with informative copy, and develop marketing collateral in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Use tech programs to gather information and reports from campaigns and tweak marketing/lead generation approach as applicable

What will we need from you?


We need you to come raring to go, with drive, a strong sales flare and purpose An approach that is focused, energetic, motivated, mature, reliable, and most of all PROACTIVE All of these attributes will set you up for success.

You will have extremely high attention to detail and be tech-savvy.

  • Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Human Resources or similar is preferred but not essential
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in either sales or client relationship management.
