About the Job:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team.
- You'll have the exceptional opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed Banking and Insurance clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to manipulate and transform data.
- Use advanced Excel models and spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis procedures, data sources, and findings.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with business and crossfunctional teams, including data teams, to understand requirements and work towards data analysis, providing valuable insights.
Your Technical Qualifications and Experience:
- 25 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the Banking and Insurance industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation (must have).
- Solid experience in Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in complex formulas, PivotTables, data validation, analysis tools, charts/graphs, conditional formatting, array formulas, and data visualisation (must have).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must have).
