As part of this Office Based role with regular travel, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Report to the HSEQ Manager on all site safety matters.
  • Administer and conform to the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standard requirements.
  • Maintain and administer the Environmental, Quality and OH&S Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
  • Implement company HSEQ systems, policies and procedures.
  • Provide operational support across the business.
  • Integration and communication with varied stakeholder groups and disciplines, including; client, contractors, consultants and members of the community.
  • Conducting internal safety management system audits.
  • Participating in external systems audits.
  • On occasion, performing sitebased inspections.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly safety performance reports.
  • Investigate incidents, develop corrective actions and monitor for effectiveness.

What is required from you;

  • A high level of professional and personal integrity
  • A minimum qualification of a Degree relevant to this role

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction environment.

  • Environmental, Quality and OH&S Integrated Management Systems (IMS) experience and/or qualifications.
  • A working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and standards.
  • Exceptional time and resource management skills.
  • The drive, energy and ability to work autonomously & part of a team.
  • The ability to develop practical solutions to common safety issues
  • The willingness to participate in the practical implementation of Corrective Actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer basics and Microsoft Office and the ability to produce complex documents such as SWMS and Incident Reports to a high standard.
  • HSEQ software experience desirable to support Kynection program

What is required from you to be successful for the role;

  • Proven HSEQ experience in construction
  • Construction Industry Card
  • Degree Qualified
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Other health and safety training will be highly regarded (Incident investigation, ISO systems auditing, return to work coordination, trainer, and assessor).

Pay:
$100, $120,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
