Our Role
***We are looking for a Quality Manager who will work with our HSEQ Manager to support the business in all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control including our document control function. You will be able to look holistically at our business and provide advice, ensure business compliance to 9001 and relevant KPI's.


Ideally, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with a manufacturing background who can support the business in all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control but also manage a small team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ongoing maintenance and provide new strategies for the Quality Management System in accordance with relevant certification standards and procedures.
  • Provide advice and support for all functions to ensure compliance to ISO 9001, applicable statutory, regulatory requirements, and standards.
  • Oversee the Quality team including Document Control, using coaching, developing, delegation and recognition to ensure they have the capability to meet performance goals.
  • Identify issues and risks through internal, external, and thirdparty audits and develop Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Manage inputs and analyse data to improve quality.
  • Provide advice and assistance as requested for all Quality matters.
  • Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Establish and implement the quality standards for products or services.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Experience as a Quality Manager
  • Quality training, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 900
  • Lead auditor trained, preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills.
