As a leading and established provider of full conveyancing services. They are trusted specialists in the preparation of legal documents and completing processes as required for conveyancing. With a proactive and professional approach, they are growing and looking to develop their experienced team.
About the Role
You will be a Licensed conveyancer who can competently handle a purchase and sale matter from initial client contact through to settlement stage.
Using your exceptional communication skills, you will be able to help clients understand the steps in the process and how it all works.
This is a permanent part-time role offering three days per week.What's great about this role:

Duties:
- Reviewing and explaining purchaser contracts
- Preparing and issuing sale contracts
- Monitoring the progress and signing off on both sale and purchase matters, from pre exchange to settlement
- Build rapport and trust with clients throughout the process
- Assisting the Head licensee when required
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Licensed conveyancer
- Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing or equivalent
- Good ability to work autonomously and be capable and responsible
- Personable and proactive with clients and referrer
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Be flexible with a cando, positive attitude
