We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join our Melbourne Communities team.


Based at our Head office in Melbourne, as Assistant Development Manager you will play a role in the delivery of a large master-planned community through demonstrated experience in the complete development cycle; including, but not limited to brief preparation, design management, planning, marketing, sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, hand-over and customer service.


Reporting directly to the Senior Development Manager you will be tertiary qualified in Development, Financial, Planning, Property, Economics or a related field as well as previous experience in land development, medium density and residential built form development and/or master planned residential development delivery.

This is a permanent position to ideally commence immediately.


A proactive, self-start attitude coupled with strong commercial acumen is essential; strong cultural fit is essential and we are looking for someone that is focussed on team and project performance and is aligned with our Corporate values.
