Administrative Assistant - Coburg, Australia - Breeze Group Labour Specialists
Description
Breeze Group are looking for an adminstrative assistant for one of their valued customers.
Role would include but not limited to the following tasks:
Manage the reception area, including meeting and greeting visitors, suppliers and customers and answering and directing incoming calls.
Collect, open and distribute incoming mail and despatch outgoing mail.
Enter data including entering purchase orders, sales orders and goods receival notes into the accounting system.
Order office supplies.
Prepare documentation and the Boardroom for meetings.
Attend to general administration, filing and office administration.
Other duties as directed and provision of assistance to other departments as required, including production and logistics departments.
Job Types:
Full-time, Casual
Salary:
$ $29.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Accounts receivable: 5 years (preferred)
- Food / Retail: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (preferred)
