Do you want to work for Australia's most efficient and independent freight services that is rapidly growing, who pride themselves on being a leader within the Transport & Logistics field?

Our client provides rail to road, dry freight, refrigerated and bulk services across Australia.

They have an opportunity for Forklift Operators to join their well-established team on a casual basis located in the Forrestfield area with morning and afternoon shifts available, free onsite parking and a competitive hourly rate of $32.61 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + shift penalties applicable.

Key Responsibilities include:

Loading/unloading trucks, trailers, containers and rail wagons
Use of counter balance forklift (Gas 2.5T 5T and electric 1.8T)
Restraining loads
Some manual handling duties
Moving awkward/ugly freight
Opportunities to work in either dry or cold storage environments
Working in a safe manner
Current LF High Risk Work license
Previous experience operating a Forklift
Logistics experience is an advantage
Have flexibility with working hours and availability to work weekends if required
Great punctuality and time management
Ability to work in a fastpaced environments
Rights to work in Australia
