H4 PHYSIO is a rapidly growing allied health service provider in Brisbane, specialising in home care.

H4 PHYSIO takes a personalised approach to each of our clients, aiming to provide carefully tailored services in physiotherapy appropriately targeted to their medical condition.

Physiotherapists (part-time/contractor)

Looking for physiotherapists to cover Brisbane - East | South | West | North | SC

You must possess the following:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
Full AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
National Police Check, First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
Professional and Public Indemnity Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
1 or more years of experience in both private practice and in aged care settings.
A current Driver's Licence and willingness to use own vehicle for work purposes, ensuring the vehicle is appropriately insured
Willingness to carry necessary equipment in your vehicle
Previous home visit experience will be advantageous

You will demonstrate the following:

Able to work independently and communicate effectively
Using handson techniques to improve movement, improve acute/chronic pain and stiffness, promote the healing process and improve quality of life at home
Able to provide tailored home exercise program for each client Able to provide instructions and make recommendations on equipments (e.g walking aids)
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management
Committed to providing an outstanding quality of care to your clients.

You will also be thorough with your progress notes which are ready to be presented when requested.

Relevant documents to be presented (Police Check, Professional Indeminty Insurance etc.)
