Introduction:

Regis Resources is an ASX publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team with a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations.

It is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The current mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits.

This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, working collaboratively towards a future production profile of up to half a million oz.

Description:

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Supply Superintendent, the Supply Chain Supervisor will supervise Stores personnel, oversee warehouse infrastructure and systems across the site and manage supply requirements and resolve any related issues.

This is a site based role, working on an 8:6 FIFO roster.

About the Role

Fulfil all statutory responsibilities as assigned by the Registered Manager in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations. These include but are not limited to the current mining, OH&S, Dangerous Goods and Environmental Acts and Regulations;
Providing technical support as required for problem solving warehouse issues;
Ensure that all personnel working under the ultimate direction of the Supply Chain Supervisor (Contractors and Supply personnel) are supervised and receive adequate instruction from a responsible person during each shift;
Supervision of all Supply activities relating to stores infrastructure and systems;
Ensure that applicable supply information is accurately recorded;
Ensure that all direct reports are trained and competent pertaining to their roles;
Conduct project work as required by the Supply Superintendent and to the agreed standard; and
Maintain regular and effective communication and feedback with peers, subordinates and superiors.

Skills and Experiences:

About You

Ideally hold relevant qualifications;
Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, in a busy warehousing environment;
Safety focused with an eye for problem solving;
Risk management, commercial acumen and business analysis & reporting; and
Highly effective communication skills and a collaborative but delivery focused approach.
