The Role
Your duties as Project Coordinator will include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare competitive quotations for Air/Sea, Out of Gauge, and Domestic Road/Air shipments.
  • Oversee the daily operations of project shipments.
  • Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate and support onsite handling, ensuring project compliance, and efficient administration and reporting.

About you
Currently, they're on the lookout for somebody with proven experience in a projects role in freight forwarding or logistics.


Other skills and attributes include:

  • Extensive experience managing Projects Cargo, including Large Out of Gauge Freight.
  • Deep understanding of Air/Sea/Road operations and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and transportation management software.
