- $160,000 AUD (including super)Our client, a leading global service provider, is looking for a Global Mobility Manager to join and lead their international assignment service team.


The Global Mobility Manager is responsible for leading and managing the international mobility team based across Australia, so previous staff management experience is essential.


Key areas of focus include but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with the wider team to conduct client mobility policy review and analysis
  • Ensuring quality client service delivery at all times
  • Leading the international assignment teams, providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Client advisory and consulting on global mobility services
  • Handling client account reporting and reviews of performance metrics

Additional duties of the Global Mobility Manager include:

  • Proactively leading the global mobility department with responsibility for workload allocation, mentoring, training and development
  • Working closely with company directors, to help shape future mobility policies and strategies as part of a wider business transformation project
  • Serving as the Client lead, handling any issue resolution and delivering international mobility advisory counselling
  • Reviewing the team's performance metrics, feedback and quality of work
  • Maintaining Client satisfaction and ensuring service level agreements are implemented, maintained, measured and achieved
  • Partner internally regarding processes, budgeting and other internal matters
  • Continuously upselling and crossselling additional services to Clients
  • Directly handling executive VIP level assignee relocations

Skills and experience:


  • Extensive global mobility and international assignments industry experience
  • Staff management experience, leading and mentoring a team
  • Previous client service or client account management experience
  • Ability to manage executive global mobility assignee casefiles
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build and develop professional relationships
  • Ability to analyse and report and understand client data
  • Excellent organisation skills with a proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Strong accountability for customer and client experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
