  • A rare opportunity is here step into a Multi-Site role across Victoria and Queensland._
You will play an integral part of the business, driving standards across concessions & stores within Victoria and Queensland. Based in Victoria, you will oversee the sales and operations of 6 Victorian stores & 2 concessions. In this multi-state position, you will also be responsible for 3 stores in Queensland.


About the role:


  • Recruitment, training & retaining of talent
  • Build teams that exceed targets & KPIs
  • Set example by leading from the front with exceptional service & selling abilities
  • Drive high Visual Merchandsing standards
  • Management of stock levels & loss prevention
  • Provide accurate reporting & forecasting

About you:


  • Personable management style Your people come first
  • Minimum 3 years multisite experience
  • Flexible to work a roster depending on business needs
  • A leader, more than a manager
  • Understanding of the runnings of a successful retail business
